NO PARTY POLICY
In order to allow for all guests to have a peaceful and comfortable stay, the following conditions are in place:
- The number of guests permitted in any room after 8.30pm on any night is the number of guests regsitered in your booking. If there is any damage noticed on your departure, the costs will be charged to your credit card provided on arrival. Failure to comply may result in police action.
- Any noise emanating from your room at any time, volume or content that is considered by Management to be a disturbance to other guests must cease immediately once requested by staff or management or we will be left with no alternative other than eviction without a refund. Please remember that this building is a residential complex and as such is generally very quiet.
NO SMOKING POLICY
- All rooms are non smoking.
- Any guest detected smoking in the room will be charged a "spring cleaning fee" of $200 and will be asked to cease smoking immediately.
