To qualify as a group there needs to be 10 or more apartments booked. One point of contact is needed for the arrangement of the group and a rooming list needs to be sent at least 21 days prior to arrival. A non refundable deposit may be required at time of booking with the balance of the group reservation paid 21 days prior to arrival.
